Connecting to the Dataverse ER configuration repository

If you try and open the Dataverse configuration repository from within Electronic Reporting, you might see an error message stating that you need to have the prvReadmsdyn_ElectronicReportingConfigurationsIndexFile privilege.

To resolve this you just need to install the Globalization Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance app in your power platform environment from AppSource:

Click Get it now, fill in your details and then choose the appropriate environment (you can do this directly from Power Platform Admin Centre also).

This assumes that you already setup your D365FO Power platform environment from within LCS.
